You have the entire lower level that's access through the front door. You also have the patio that is only access through the inside. Please do not use the driveway or the small backyard since it is exclusively part of the long-term rental on the second floor. You can park in the two spots directly in front of the unit or the reserved parking spot on the left side of the unit that is off street parking. Don't worry about the two hour parking limit sign on the street as it is not enforced.
